Golden yellow with intense, bright glints of yellow

Nose

Intense nose, characteristic of the grape variety, with flowery notes and a touch of pepper mixed with nuances of vervain and green tea.

Palate

Direct attack on the palate. The structure is crisp and rectilinear, with slightly zesty flavours. The general impression is of a fresh, thirst-quenching wine. Very pleasant, lingering freshness with a hint of menthol.

Grilled dishes – salmon tartare – arctic char on a bed of sauerkraut – pan-fried vegetables – fresh strawberry and mint salad
