Nose

Concentrated and explosive with notes of fruit paste (apricot and quince). The fruitiness reveals a beautiful maturity with notes of honey.

Palate

Generous and rich. Well structured, with notes of honey, raisins and candied fruit from the botrytis. Good length, thanks to a pleasant acidity, that culminates in a lively, almost zesty note on the finish.

Food pairing

Aperitif, pan-fried foie gras. A real pleasure to be savoured.
